  Jinny was my sales associate. Very nice, helpful, professional and kind. I was purchasing about 3,000 worth of office supplies. I had asked for a discount of 5% at thecheck out lane for such a large purchase. Jinny promptly asked her manager who flatly refused to do anything. Then she looked me dead in the eyes and said, "does this look like a flea market to you." I literally dropped my jaw. She them stomped off to the back like an angry child. Because of the the amazing customer service Jinny gave me I still purchased the large amount of items needed. From one business owner to a manager who obviously doesn't care about customers... Next time offer me a free soda for spending $3,000 at your business instead of insulting me at the door. I will never shop here again. I am still mortified.
