  The employees are very friendly and are eager to help. I will say however that I couldn't find one person working that could give me a solid yes or no answer. Employees use the term, "I think" a lot. None of them really know anything. They'd call on another employee for backup and I still didn't get answers. After all was said and done I went next door to Menards. It was only then that I received the answers, products and services required for my home renovation. The moral of the story is only go to HD if you want to BS with the employees or if you know exactly what you need.
