  RANT! Gentle Touch Imaging! Received a gift card when I was pregnant with my daughter and spent 4 months calling them weekly to schedule an appointment and never received a return call. Had my baby and forgot about it. Then 18 months later my sister was pregnant so I tried once again, in vain, to call and left a dozen messages...none of which were ever returned. Well my sister is pregnant again so I just gave her the card so she could call herself. Conveniently they won't honor the gift card stating they're only good for 6 months. First- pregnancy lasts longer than 6 months. Second- you were happy to accept the cash received for the card but weren't too worried about actually providing any semblance of customer service to return dozens of calls so I could actually redeem my gift. Last- shame on you for pocketing people's money and then not honoring your gift cards. Thieves!!
